Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VNUCKA NIGHTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

To use VNUCKA NIGHTS, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Receive an invite code or be approved from the waitlist
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Invite-Only Access

VNUCKA NIGHTS is an invite-only platform. Access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Proof of Night™ Requirements

All captures on VNUCKA NIGHTS must comply with Proof of Night™ standards:

Exactly 12 seconds in duration
Captured in a single take with no edits
Recorded between 8 PM and 4 AM local time
Location and time automatically verified
No filters or post-processing applied

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using VNUCKA NIGHTS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

Store and display your verified nights
Share your content according to your privacy settings
Use anonymized content for platform improvements

Immutability of Content

Once a night is verified and sealed, it becomes part of the permanent archive. You acknowledge and agree that verified content cannot be edited or deleted. This immutability is essential to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the VNUCKA NIGHTS archive.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to circumvent Proof of Night™ verification
Share your invite code for commercial purposes
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Interfere with platform security or functionality

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Disclaimers

VNUCKA NIGHTS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNUCKA NIGHTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
